As the Head of Financial Markets, you will be an outward-facing representative of Tracer, sourcing and developing relationships with traditional financial stakeholders. You will work closely with our Lead Financial Mechanism Designer to ensure the Tracer protocol is designed to seamlessly integrate with the traditional financial ecosystem. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the direction and adoption of the protocol.

Engage with market makers, traditional finance stakeholders and liquidity providers to inform them of Tracer.

Discuss areas such as Tracer’s state of liquidity, possible hedging mechanisms, and the way to interact with Tracer’s markets.
●
Keep up with crypto markets and liquidity and novel financial designs to inform Tracer’s product development.

Work closely with our Lead Financial Mechanism Designer on RnD to ensure Tracer will seamlessly interact with the current traditional finance ecosystem.

Articulate a market-making framework for Tracer’s markets, and conduct reflective and up-to-date reporting as to the liquidity flowing through Tracer.

An interest in the design of financial systems, with a focus on creating novel designs from first principles.

A deep first-principles approach to solving financial problems.

Extreme fixation on product detail, with the ability to identify adverse effects a-priori.
